Leadership
Devontae, founder. Devontae founded Textstone Labs to help organizations access the business advice, technology and practical learning they need to move forward. His experience spans business strategy, enterprise transformation, acquisition integration, process improvement and software delivery, from defining priorities through implementation and adoption.
Through Textstone, he brings together consulting, software development and practical AI education. His focus is helping organizations improve how they work while giving their people the understanding and skills to maintain, adapt and build on those improvements. That includes integrating AI into everyday operations, automating repetitive work and developing systems that remain useful as the organization grows.
What we build
Building and operating our own tools is where our practical knowledge of integration, monitoring and handover comes from. It also keeps our technology advice honest about cost and effort.
