Let’s talk

Tell us what you are trying to improve.

A useful first conversation starts with your priority, the process or decision behind it, and what a good result would look like. Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we can help.

What happens next

  1. We listen. The first call is about your situation: the priority, the process, the constraints and who owns the result.
  2. We tell you plainly whether we can help. If the answer is no, or the right move is simpler than a consulting engagement, we say so.
  3. We propose a defined scope. Questions, deliverables, responsibilities, review and acceptance criteria, in writing, before any work begins.

Helpful to include

  • The priority, workflow or decision you are considering
  • Who is affected and what is difficult today
  • The outcome you want
  • Timing, budget range or procurement instructions, if known
